Putting It Together

Considered a sophisticated celebration of the work of America’s foremost music theatre composer, Stephen Sondheim, this musical revue takes the audience on a journey through many of Sondheim’s most famous shows. First performed in London in 1992, the revue played on Broadway in 1999 and In LA in 1999 w/the legendary Carol Burnett in the cast. From Into the Woods to A Funny Thing Happened On the Way to the Forum to Company, this revue is a real showcase for the genius of Stephen Sondheim.
Putting It Together takes place at the Welsbacher Theatre, 29th & Oliver, Entrance 'N.' Ticket price is $10.00 for General Public; $8.00 for Sr. Citizens, Military, Facutly & Staff; $6.00 for Students. Putting It Together is directed by WSU Secondary Speech/Theatre Licensure student Philip Taylor and features Musical Theatre student performers Kylie Jo Jennings, Christina Hink, Luke Walker, Daxton Bloomquist and WSU Asst. Professor (School of Social Work) Curtis Proctor.

Putting It Together is designed by Theatre student designers Brandon T. Holmes (Sets), Amanda Bowmen (Lights), and Abby Stroot (Costumes).
Musical Theatre student Emily Pirtle is Assistant Musical Director, Musical Theatre student Josh Atkins is Choreographer and Design and Technical Theatre student Maddy Nevins is the Stage Manager.
